MISSION/VISION

“But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

-Romans 6: 22-23

Our mission is see people set free from the bondage of sin and experience life in Jesus Christ. True freedom will only be found at the place of full submission to the Lord. Though we were once slaves to sin, it brings us great hope to know that the blood of Jesus frees us from that former life of bondage.

Our vision is to develop a community of believers who are passionate about their love for God and their love for His people. Church must be more than somewhere we go: it must be who we are!

Submission Ministries and Fellowship is a church that gathers in a suburb of Washington D.C. called Gainesville, Virginia. We are dedicated and passionate to be a body devoted to reaching this world with the love of Jesus Christ. We are a congregation committed to fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.
